Terms & Condition

1) Order must be made 5 day earlier from the delivery/pick up date.Pleas e-mail detail of your order to noorhayudin@yahoo.com

2) Order below RM100 , must pay deposit of
RM30 or FULL PAYMENT. For bulk order and more than
RM100, 50% deposit is COMPULSORY for confirmation. Payment must be made to my acc within 3
days of our discussion. Once you paid the deposit , then only your order is consider as CONFIRMED. Balance of the payment must be settle upon delivery/pick up. If the item need to be post out, balance must be
settle before we post it out.

3) All payment/deposit must be made to my account as below :

4) Please e-mail / sms / pm us once the
payment/deposit is done. If we do not receive any deposit/payment in 3 days, your order consider cancel.

hi kawan2...

lamanya saya x update blog....ramai yg tertanya2 sama ada saya ni masih aktif atau tidak membaking...kehilangan broadband punca saya x update blog....jgn risau fb saya tetap aktif mcm biasa... sapa2 yg belum add bolehlah add saya difb NOOR HAYU BAHARUDIN....ok saya dah nak mula postkan gambar2 yg belum sempat di post.... have a nice day...

PEMBERITAHUAN

- Sila dtg awal kerana kelas akan dimulakan tepat pada waktunya.
- Tidak dibenarkan membawa sesiapa (termasuk anak). Ini utk memberi keselesaan kepada pelajar lain & supaya kelas tidak terganggu
- Sila beritahu selewat-lewatnya 3 hari sebelum kelas jika tidak dapat hadir atau deposit tidak dikembalikan. Boleh tukar tarikh kelas.
- Bilik solat , telekung dan sejadah disediakan
- Lunch disediakan utk kelas melebihi 3 jam dan light refreshment utk kelas kurang dr 3 jam
- Utk kelas pada hari cuti umum (public holiday), sila beritahu seminggu lebih awal & perlu membuat FULL PAYMENT
